Following the rapid expansion of maintenance services in the industrial sector, TCM started out in 2006, serving some of Thailand’s largest oil refineries and power plants. At the time, we were known as “The Companion Maintenance,” and our goal was to fulfill our clients’ needs for timely, affordable engineering and equipment maintenance services.
In 2017, we changed our name to “Thai Contracting Management” to demonstrate our willingness to handle all kinds of industrial projects, including facility expansion, equipment sourcing and procurement, project planning and management, and utility systems maintenance. Our clients are predominantly refineries and petrochemical plants looking for expert contractors to efficiently manage their large-scale projects.
Thai Contracting Management holds 100,000 common shares, worth approximately 100 THB per share, valued at 10,000,000 THB.
